Commercial English on the Shampoo bottle

I  know myself that I am not good at English nor use of English.

I just feel not right when I read this bottle of Lotion today.

May be this is "new English"?

Am I wrong or tell me or if you can, make a better version.

Another sample to illustrate what is Dickhead, 戇居仔 Asshole屎忽鬼 and Bastard滑頭

A new Managing director of the famous company that could turn around the business from losing money into profit in just two years by lay off some 30% of the staff, cost cut by reducing manufacturing time without considering the consequence of quality deterioration. This immediately improve the profit margin by 50%, this magic man got a big bonus and leave on the next year.
He is a bastard!  滑頭

*******

A senior manager blames the sales who dare not sell the product, and the company keep losing money as there is no new orders. In fact the product is not competitive at all, without putting effort on the product quality, blaming the sales does not help to improve the situation. He is TIIC (The Idiot in Charge) Or Simply call him dickhead! 戇居仔

  *******

A department manager keeps yelling in meeting that no one could tell why they lose order too much, and everyone should goes into detail. So the sales team works out for a detail analysis on why they lost order.

During the meeting the department manager yells again why there is not enough action to driver for better quality. When the team comes back with a plan to improve quality, however there will incur some additional cost for good quality.

The manager said that is not acceptable as quality should not involve additional cost, nevertheless, instead he advised the team to cut cost in other area such as salary, electricity, traveling claims, reduce customer visit, staying with other colleague in one hotel room, Car pool to work instead of going by separate taxi. Replace with old office equipment instead of new to save cost, and at last he says we can hire lower cost staff with of lower experience and background to makes more sales…
We know that it would work and he seems like making fun out of it.

He is an asshole! 屎忽鬼

The difference beween Dickhead, Asshole and Bastard

What is the difference between dickhead, asshole and a bastard.
There I search form web, looking at Dictionary and asking friends English man and American, there seems these are the closest reply to the question what are the difference

A dickhead causes you problems because he's simply stupid and he does not want to hurt people.

An asshole causes you problems, and knows it, but doesn't care.

A bastard causes you problems, knows it, and enjoys it.
